13-1-17: APPLICATION FOR GRANTS:

The village may make application to the department of commerce and economic opportunity for grants to help defray the cost of establishing and maintaining a code hearing system as provided in this chapter. The application for grants shall be in the manner and form prescribed by the department of commerce and economic opportunity. (Ord. 18-2011, 2-8-2011)
