13-1-3: CODE HEARING DIVISION:

A. Established: There is hereby established a code hearing division of the village. The function of the code hearing division of the village is to expedite the prosecution and correction of code violations in the manner set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 18-2011, 2-8-2011)
