13-1-1: ESTABLISHMENT:

The village hereby adopts the provisions of the Illinois municipal code, 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-31.1-1 et seq., as amended from time to time, governing the procedure for the administrative adjudication of all real property use regulations set forth in this code. (Ord. 18-2011, 2-8-2011)
