(A) If the City Judge shall find a party guilty of violating an ordinance or a state law within the jurisdiction of his court, he may impose the fine or imprisonment, or both, prescribed in § 10.99. (S.C. Code § 14-25-65) (‘88 Code, § 7.301)
(B) All revenues arising from fines shall be turned over by the Clerk of Court to the Finance Department of the municipality. (S.C. Code § 14-25-85) (‘88 Code, § 7.302)
