§ 33.30 RECORDS AND REPORTS.

(A) The Purchasing Agent shall keep a record of all open market orders and the bids submitted in competition thereon, and such records also shall be open to public inspection. (‘88 Code, § 8.409)

(B) Reports shall be made to the Purchasing Agent, at such times and in such form as he shall prescribe, showing stocks of all supplies which are no longer used by the city. (‘88 Code, § 8.410)
