§ 33.11 TAX LEVY STATED IN BUDGET.
   (A)   The Council shall identify in budget sources of anticipated revenue, including tax levy necessary to meet the financial requirements of the budgets as required by S.C. Code § 5-11-40(c).
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Clerk to notify the appropriate county officials of any change in the tax mileage rates.
