§ 32.44 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES; SANCTIONS.

(A) While on duty, all members of the Police Department shall be strictly prohibited from drinking any kind of intoxicating liquors. (‘88 Code, § 13.115)

(B) No member of the Department shall discuss publicly the conduct of any other police officer. All complaints shall be made to the Chief. (‘88 Code, § 13.116)

(C) Should any member of the Department fail or neglect, in any way, to obey the rules and regulations set forth in this subchapter or hereafter adopted, he shall be subject to appropriate reprimand.
