§ 32.43 DUTIES OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of police officers to arrest all persons violating any city ordinances or regulations and to summon any person to their aid when necessary. Any person or persons, who shall refuse or neglect to obey the summons, either verbal or written, of a police officer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (‘88 Code, § 13.105)
   (B)   Police officers shall, whenever necessary in the discharge of their duty, have the authority to call to their assistance the posse comitatus of the city. Any person or persons, who may be called to the assistance of any of the police officers, as aforesaid, shall respond to the call and render the lawful assistance as may be required.    (C)   Each officer shall complete all Incident Reports and Complaints for the Supervisor’s review that may have occurred the night previous. (‘88 Code, § 13.108)
   (D)   While on duty, each police officer shall be fully armed, as may be ordered or required by the Council. He shall be in full uniform, including the regulation hat in summer and cap in winter, as may be required by the Chief. His hair and beard shall be neatly trimmed and shaved at all times.    (E)   Police officers shall watch the conduct of all persons of suspicious character. He shall prevent any obstruction of sidewalks or streets. He shall disperse all crowds of a riotous or noisy nature or of those disturbing the peace and quiet of the city. (‘88 Code, § 13.111)
   (F)   Each officer shall, at all times, conduct himself in a quiet, genteel and orderly manner and act with prudence, coolness and judgment, but with a deliberate determination of effecting and strictly enforcing all the laws and ordinances of the city. (‘88 Code, § 13.112)
   (G)   While off duty, members of the police force shall retain their police powers, as occasions may require. (‘88 Code, § 13.113)
