§ 133.10 JUNKYARDS.
   No junkyard, whether for automobiles, machinery or other junk equipment shall be operated, and no license shall be issued for a business. This section shall not apply to junk dealers who maintain their business in a completely enclosed building or which is fenced from the view of the general public.
