§ 132.11 CRIME WATCH AREA SIGNS.

(A) The City Administrator and Police Chief shall designate “crime watch areas” and obtain official permission, to erect signs indicating the areas, from the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation (SCDHPT).

(B) “Crime watch area” signs shall not exceed three feet by four feet and shall be placed on highway or street rights-of-way in accordance with SCDHPT regulations.
