§ 30.50 RESOLUTIONS.
   (A)   A voice motion by a member of Council shall be considered to be the introduction of an oral resolution which shall require no written record other than a notation by the Clerk in the Council minutes. However, a resolution proposed in writing shall be introduced in the same manner as an ordinance and in a form as may be recommended as applicable by the City Attorney, when appropriate.    (B)   Written or oral resolutions may be adopted on one reading unless a public hearing is set by a majority of the members of Council present. (‘88 Code, § 2.119)
