(A) All ordinances amending this code and any other ordinances or portions of ordinances, as may be required by Council, shall be codified at least annually. (S.C. Code § 5-7-290)
(B) Standard codes, technical regulations, business license ordinances and zoning ordinances may be cited in the code by reference and copies thereof shall be made available by the Clerk for distribution or for purchase at a reasonable price. (S.C. Code § 5-7-280)
