No truck or truck travel unit exceeding 25 feet in overall length shall be operated on the streets hereinafter designated in the city except those trucks having an origin or destination on the streets or which origin or destination can be reached only by using the street or parts thereof. Traffic is prohibited on all streets designated as through streets in Traffic Schedule I of Chapter 75.
