(A) All vehicles shall be operated in accordance with and conformity with all current state laws and this code or amendments thereto enacted, as relating to the operation of vehicles. The provisions are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if set out herein, except those provisions relating solely to the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation and those provisions the penalty for which exceeds a fine of $200 or imprisonment for more than 30 days.
(B) All requirements of S.C. Code Ch. 56 are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter, as if set out in full herein.
