§ 54.02 EXTENSIONS AND ASSESSMENTS.
   (A)   Upon written request of any property owner, the city may provide water and sewer service in accordance with this chapter.
   (B)   The City Council is hereby authorized to accept or reject any requests for extension of water and sewer service.
