(A) (1) At the time application for service is made, a utility deposit shall be required which will be held by the city until service is terminated. At that time, the deposit will be returned to the consumer, less any outstanding charges.
(2) No interest shall be paid on the deposit.
(B) The deposit shall be equal to two months probable service. There shall be a minimum deposit of $150 for any and all services. For mobile homes, there shall be a minimum deposit of $150.
