(A) Bills shall be paid at the City Hall on or before the due date for that billing cycle. If payment is not made within this period, service shall be subject to suspension.
(B) For all consumers, a charge of 10% shall be added to any bills not paid on or before the due date.
(C) When electric, gas, or water service is discontinued for nonpayment, full payment of the delinquent account shall be paid before reconnection is made.
