§ 113.25 KENO LOTTERY ESTABLISHED.
   As authorized by the state’s County and City Lottery Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. 9-601 et seq.) and as duly approved by a majority of the registered voters of the city, the city hereby establishes a keno-style municipal lottery for the purpose of “community betterment” as that term is defined by the state’s County and City Lottery Act.
