§ 113.04 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT.
   (A)   No permit shall be issued to any person who:
      (1)   Has been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude within the ten years immediately preceding the date of the filing of such application with the City Clerk/Treasurer; or
      (2)   Is under the age of 16 years unless the applicant first obtains an employment certificate as required by state law.
   (B)   Additionally, any person whose permit has been revoked pursuant to § 113.12 shall not be eligible for the issuance of a new permit for a period of six months from the date of such revocation and only upon meeting the other qualifications required hereunder.
