§ 113.01 PERMIT.

(A) Every owner and operator desiring to engage in mobile food vending in the city, whether on public or private property, shall obtain a permit therefor as hereinafter provided.

(B) For purposes of this subchapter, MOBILE FOOD VENDING shall mean traveling from place to place selling or offering for sale prepared foodstuffs directly from a motor vehicle.
