(A) All registration certificates issued under the provisions of this section shall expire on the date specified in the registration certificate, but in no event later than one year after the issuance of the same.
(B) At the time of filing the application, a non-refundable registration fee of an amount set by separate resolution shall be paid to the City Clerk/Treasurer.
