§ 111.02 REGULATION.
   (A)   To prevent the sale of fraudulent, dangerous, and unhealthful goods and services, and to protect the public by maintaining records of the products sold and the persons and companies responsible for such sales, all peddlers shall, before doing business within the municipality, make application for and receive a registration certificate from the City Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   The application forms, supplied by the City Clerk/Treasurer, shall contain the following information:
      (1)   Name of applicant;
      (2)   Address of applicant;
      (3)   Telephone number of applicant;
      (4)   Name and address of the firm, company, or organization employing the applicant;
      (5)   Brief description of the nature of the business and goods to be sold or services to be provided;
      (6)   If a vehicle is to be used, a description of the same, together with the license number; and
      (7)   Current photograph of the applicant.
