§ 110.02 FIRE DEPARTMENT FUND.

   For the use, support, and benefit of the Volunteer Fire Department, the City Clerk/Treasurer shall take the proceeds of the occupation tax on fire insurance corporations, companies, and associations and credit them to the Special Occupation Tax Fund for benefit of the Volunteer Fire Department.
