§ 94.072 RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any cat to allow such cat to run at large at any time within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Utilities Superintendent or any law enforcement officer to cause any cat found to be running at large within the city to be taken up and impounded.
   (C)   RUNNING AT LARGE shall mean any cat found off the premises of the owner, and not under control of the owner or a responsible person, either by leash, cord, chain, wire, rope, cage, or other suitable means of physical restraint.
   (D)   An electronic pet containment system shall be considered a suitable means of physical restraint provided that signs or markings clearly show that such a system has been installed on the premises.
