§ 30.17 STANDING COMMITTEES.

   (A)   The following standing committees are to be established:

      (1)   Personnel Committee;

      (2)   Finance Committee;

      (3)   Street Committee:

      (4)   Utility Committee;

      (5)   Parks Committee; and

      (6)   Housing Committee.

   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint two members of the City Council to standing committees for the term of one year, unless reappointed. The membership of such standing committees may be changed at any time by the Mayor. The Mayor shall be an ex officio member of each standing committee.
