§ 91.02 ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL.
   (A)   The Board of Health shall be responsible for enforcing the health regulations of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Board of Health to notify the City Council of health nuisances within the municipality and its zoning jurisdiction.
