§ 71.07 ENGINE BRAKES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to retard or attempt to retard the forward movement of any vehicle within the city limits by using motor vehicle brakes that are activated or operated by the compression of the engine of any vehicle or any unit or part thereof.
