§ 30.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 30.090 to 30.098, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
