§ 30.073 ELECTION WARDS.
   The municipality shall redistrict as often as necessary using the most recent federal census to ensure that each ward is substantially equal in population. The municipality shall stand divided into the following wards as set forth herein.
   (A)   Dividing line. Commencing at the point of intersection of the south city limit line and the centerline of Chief Street projected south; thence north on the said centerline of Chief Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of First Street; thence east on the centerline of First Street 238.5 feet to a point; thence north to the north lot line of Lot 5 Block 44, Second Addition to the city; thence west on said lot line a distance of 88.5 feet to the centerline of the alley in said block; thence north on said centerline to the point of intersection with the centerline of Second Avenue; thence west on said centerline to the point of intersection with the centerline of D Street Northwest; thence north on said centerline to the point of intersection with the north city limit line.
   (B)   First Ward. All of the territory lying east and north of the dividing line herein above described shall be known and designated as the First Ward, which said Ward shall have a polling place to be selected and designated as provided by law.
   (C)   Second Ward. All of the territory lying west and south of the dividing line herein above described shall be known and designated as the Second Ward, which said Ward shall have a polling place to be selected and designated as provided by law.
