§ 154.03 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   The City Council adopts this section, incorporating the Comprehensive Development Plan for the city, including the extraterritorial jurisdiction extending one-mile from the corporate limits of the city, as recommended by the city’s Planning Commission after the completion of the required public hearings.
