§ 153.05 DESIGNATION OF CURRENT FLOOD HAZARD BOUNDARY MAP/FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP.
   The governing body of the city hereby designates the current Flood Hazard Boundary Map/Flood Insurance Rate Map dated October 4, 2002, and any revisions thereto, as the official map to be used in determining those areas of special flood hazard.
