§ 153.04 LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The City Clerk shall be appointed to these additional responsibilities by resolution of the governing body and his or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and satisfactory service. During temporary absence or disability of the City Clerk, the governing body shall designate an acting administrator.
