§ 112.51 PARTICIPATION AND RESTRICTION ON LOTTERY.
   (A)   No person under 19 years of age shall play or participate in any way in the lottery established and conducted by the governing body.
   (B)   No owner of officer of a lottery operator with whom the governing body contracts to conduct its lottery, or his or her immediate family, employees, or agents, shall play in a lottery established and conducted by the governing body.
   (C)   No person having an ownership interest in an authorized sales outlet or employee thereof, shall play the lottery when actually working at such lottery or while on duty. Keno writers shall be prohibited from playing one hour prior to and one hour after writing keno.
   (D)   No employee or agent, or member of his or her immediate family, of the city or of an authorized sales outlet location for a lottery established and conducted by the governing body, shall play such lottery during the time he or she performs work for such lottery or while on duty.
   (E)   (1)   Nothing shall prohibit any member of the governing body, a municipal official, or the immediate family of such member or official, from playing in the lottery established and conducted by the governing body; provided that such person is 19 years of age or older.
      (2)   For the purpose of this section, IMMEDIATE FAMILY shall mean a person who is related to the member, official, or operator by blood, marriage, or adoption and resides in the same household of the member, official, or operator; member, official, or operator as a dependant for federal income tax purposes.
