§ 94.18 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Superintendent shall have the power and authority to enact bylaws, rules, and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof. He or she may provide suitable penalties for the violation of such bylaws, rules, and regulations subject to the review and supervision of the governing body.
