§ 90.40 PERMISSION REQUIRED TO OWN FOWL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on their private property any animal or fowl unless, and until they have received the written consent of the owners or lessees of the property immediately adjoining the private property where such animals or fowl are to be kept, and all other property owners within 150 feet of the place where such animals or fowl are to be kept, which consent shall be filed at the office of the City Clerk and shall be subject to revocation by any of the said owners of lessees at any time. Said person shall also apply to the City Clerk for a permit from the Council which shall also be subject to revocation by the Council at any time.
