§ 72.08 PARKING IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to park in the Business District for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.; provided, this section shall not be applicable to emergencies and appropriate vehicles applicable thereto.
