(A) Any and all new electrical services and additions to or modification of existing electrical systems shall require a permit from the State of Nebraska, Electrical Division, routine maintenance, which includes the repair or replacement of existing electrical apparatus and equipment of the same size and type, for which no changes or modifications in wiring are made, is exempt from this section.
(B) In the event that utility services have been turned off for a period of six months or longer, an inspection of the property shall be required by the State of Nebraska, Electrical Division in order for utility services to resume.
