Customers of the Municipal Sewer Department shall pay the following rates for the use of sewer service. Rates shall be set by ordinance and shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk for public inspection at any reasonable time.
(A) All occupied single-family residential units shall pay $15.50 per month plus a monthly fee equal to $2.60 per 1,000 gallons of the average monthly water usage during the preceding months of November, December, January, and February.
(B) Apartments, housing units, and multi-family dwellings shall pay a base rate equal to $15.50 times the number of units per month plus a monthly fee equal to $2.60 per 1,000 gallons of the average monthly water usage during the preceding months of November, December, January, and February.
