The expense of providing water service to the lot line shall be paid by the customer which shall include a $50 tap fee for a three-fourths inch tap plus the costs incurred by the municipality in installation of the supply line from the main to the property line. In the event the customer requests a meter larger than three-fourths inch, the customer shall, in addition to the above charges, pay to the municipality the difference above the price of a three-fourths inch meter. The consumer shall then pay the cost of installation and pipe from the lot line to the place of disbursement.
