§ 11.04 CORPORATE LIMITS.
   All the additions, lots, lands, and parcels of land included within the hereinafter described limits, having been by act or ordinance of the Chairperson and Board of Trustees of the original City of Benkelman, Nebraska, or the Mayor and Council of this city, duly annexed to or made a part of such city, or having by act, authority, consent, platting, and dedication of their respective owners, created either as the original town site or as additions to the city, are hereby declared as follows.
   (A)   Original town site. Commencing at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 18 Township One, North, of Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., thence due south 200 rods to a point 40 rods south of the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of said section, thence to a point 200 rods due east, thence due north 200 rods, thence due west 200 rods to the point of beginning. (Includes original town, First and Second Addition, Bargees Addition, and Smith’s Addition.)
   (B)   Addition 1. Commencing at a point 660 feet south of the corner of the northeast quarter of Section 19, Township One, North, of Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., thence running east 350 feet, thence running south 280 feet, to intersect north line of public highway, thence along the north line of public highway, in a southwesterly direction to intersect the quarter section line, thence north 405 feet to place of beginning. Said last named quarter section line of said Section 19 being a western boundary line of the city in said section. (Pierce Villa Addition.)
   (C)   Addition 2. Commencing at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 17, Township One, North, of Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., thence running east along the quarter section line a distance of 1,331.8 feet, thence running south at right angles a distance of 1,868.5 feet to intersect the state highway, thence running in a southwesterly direction along the north line of said state highway a distance of 1,061 feet to a point in line of the alley running east of Blocks 26, 31, 40, and 42 in the Second Addition to the city according to the recorded plat of said Addition, thence running north along the east line of said alley to a point opposite the northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 26 in the Second Addition to the city according to the recorded plat thereof, thence running west at right angles to intersect the west line of said Section 17; thence running north on the west line of said section to the place of beginning.    (D)   Addition 3. Commencing at the point where the north line of Highway No. 61 intersects with the half section line running north and south through Section 19, Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., thence running north on said half section line a distance of 435.4 feet, thence running due west at right angles, a distance of 248 feet; thence running due south at right angles, to intersect with the north line of the right-of-way of said Highway No. 61, thence in a southeasterly direction along the north line of said right-of-way to the place of beginning.    (E)   Addition 4. Commencing at the southwest corner of Block 4 of Outlot One of the Second Addition to the city, as platted and surveyed, thence west along the north boundary of Kansas Street of said city to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., thence north at right angles a distance of 740 feet, thence east, 1,265 feet to the southwest corner of Block 2, Outlot One of the Second Addition to the city, thence south along the west line of said Outlot to the place of beginning.
   (F)   Addition 5. Commencing at a point on the north property line of Montana Street, in the city, 150 feet east of the west property line of Block 18, Hiddleston Addition, in the city, and at the intersection of said lines, from thence due north 121.5 feet to the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 34 as the same now exists, thence 136.3 feet in an easterly direction along said right-of-way at an angle of 91 degrees and 44 minutes to left to a point directly north of the east line of Hill Street, if extended north, thence due south along the east line of Hill Street, if extended north, a distance of 565.5 feet to a point where the east line of Hill Street, if extended north, would intersect with the south line of Idaho Street, if extended east, thence due west along the south property line of Idaho Street a distance of 240 feet to the northeast corner of Block 17, Hiddleston Addition, in the city, from thence due north, at right angles across Idaho Street and along the east property line of Block 18 of said Hiddleston Addition, a distance of 434 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of the northwest quarter (NWJ4) of Section 17, in Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., in the county.
   (G)   Addition 6. A part of the east half of Section 18, Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., and more particularly described as follows: beginning at the center of Section 18; thence east along the South Line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter a distance of 36.8 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 26, Block 3 of Smith’s Addition; thence north along the west line of Lot 26 a distance of 34.54 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 26; thence east along the north line of Lot 26 a distance of 160 feet to the center line of Smith Street extended; thence south along the center line of Smith Street extended a distance of 40.44 feet; thence east along the north line of Lot 1, Block 8 of Smith’s Addition a distance of 94 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 1; thence north along the west line of high school property a distance of 165 feet to the northwest corner of high school property thence due west 90 degrees left from previous course, a distance of 290.4 feet to a point of the west line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 18; thence due south along the west line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter a distance of 159.24 feet to the point of beginning.
   (H)   Addition 7. A tract of land generally described as “Skyline Addition” being part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: refer to the northwest corner of Barger’s Addition to the city: go thence 20 feet west to the point of beginning; go thence due south 300 feet along the east line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township One, North, Range 37, west of the 6th P.M.; go thence due west along the south line of Block 9, Barger’s Addition extended west, a distance of 625 feet, more or less, to the east line of Highway No. 34 right-of-way; go thence 85 degrees 55 minutes right for a distance of 202 feet; thence continue northerly on a 2,739.79 foot radius curve to the right (initial tangent of which forms an angle of 2 degrees 19 minutes right from last described course) a distance of 593.2 feet; go thence northerly, north 15 degrees 25 minutes east, for a distance of 960.9 feet to a point on the north line of the southwest quarter of Section 18; go thence east along the quarter section line a distance of 352.7 feet to the center of said Section 18; go thence south along the east line of the southwest quarter of said Section 18 a distance of 1,416.3 feet to a point which is 20 feet west of the northwest corner of Block 9, Barger’s Addition, the point of beginning.
