4-1-8: NONRESIDENT USE OF DROP BOXES:

It shall be unlawful for any person not a resident of the unincorporated area of Benewah County or the owner of a Benewah County recreational property to deposit any debris, litter, trash, garbage or other waste substances in the drop boxes provided by the county or any contractor operating a solid waste collection service for the county.
