A. Expiration: All application approvals shall expire three hundred sixty five (365) days from the date of approval unless otherwise provided in this code or, if by condition of approval or development agreement, a time period for completion of the application has been specified.
B. Extension: An extension may be granted by the administrator upon finding that the application and/or applicable county regulations have not changed. Such extension must be applied for within sixty (60) days of the expiration date for the original approval; only one extension of not more than three hundred sixty five (365) days shall be granted by the administrator. Any additional extension request shall be at the discretion of the commissioners upon recommendation of the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 2013-132, 3-25-2013)
