A. This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by title 67, chapter 65 Idaho Code, local land use planning act.
B. The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards for the processing of applications for subdivisions, variances, special use permits and other such land use planning applications required or authorized pursuant to Idaho Code, this code or otherwise requested by the commissioners.
