9-1-3: COMPLIANCE WITH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS:
It shall be unlawful for a proprietor, subdivider or developer to subdivide any real property within the County unless such person, proprietor, subdivider or developer has first fully complied with the procedures and provisions of this title and obtained the approval or approvals of and for such subdivision as required in this title.
