8-5-7: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Inspections: The County Commissioners, Benewah County Sheriff, or their designated agent(s) are hereby authorized to make inspections to determine the condition of recreational land located within the County in safeguarding the health and safety of recreational users, park occupants and of the general public.
   B.   Civil Action:
      1.   Notice Of Violation: Whenever there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of any provision of this chapter, or of any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the County Commissioners or their designated agent(s) may give notice of such alleged violation to the property owner(s) and direct necessary corrective actions.
      2.   Compliance With Notice: Any person to whom such a notice is directed shall comply therewith immediately.
      3.   Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with a written notice of violation, may result in an order from the County directed at the property owner(s) shutting down the operation of the recreational vehicle park until full compliance with this chapter has been achieved.
      4.   Repeated Violations: Repeat violations of this chapter may result in an order from the County directed at the property owner(s) shutting down the operations of the recreational vehicle park indefinitely.
      5.   Injunction: The County may take steps to civilly enjoin any violation of this chapter.
   C.   Criminal Action:
      1.   Violation Of This Chapter Is A Misdemeanor: Every property owner who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or fails or neglects to comply with any requirements of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
      2.   Such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any part of which any such violation or noncompliance occurs and is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
