A. Prohibited Acts: It shall be unlawful for a person to:
1. Erect or install a road name sign not in accordance with the official road name map for roads accepted into the county road system;
2. To remove, alter, change or deface a road name sign erected or installed as provided herein;
3. To place or post addresses not approved or assigned in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 82-A, 8-10-1998)
B. Penalty Imposed: Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 82-A, 8-10-1998; amd. 2011 Code)
