A. Permit Required: No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any building or structure designed for human habitation or requiring sewage disposal in the county unless a septic permit has first been approved by the regional health district official.
B. Penalty: Any violation of this section is declared to be a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2013-135, 12-23-2013, eff. 1-1-2014)
