7-1-11: JUDICIAL REVIEW:

Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the board of adjustment, or the county board of commissioners, may appeal to the district court in and for Benewah County. Procedure for such appeal shall be in all respects as prescribed in Idaho Code sections 31-1510 and 31-1511. (Ord. 16, 6-12-1978; amd. 2011 Code)
