A. Adoption Of Laws By Reference: All portions of Idaho Code title 49, chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 27 and 28 not otherwise preempted by the state are herein adopted by reference, and any violation thereof is a violation of this chapter.
B. Availability For Public Use And Examination: The county clerk, during normal business hours, shall make available not less than three (3) copies of the full provisions of Idaho Code title 49, chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 27 and 28 for public use and examination.
