5-1-10: EXCEPTIONS; EMERGENCY CONDITIONS:
This chapter shall not apply to any watercraft being operated under emergency conditions, or by any authorized agent of any law enforcement or fire agency of the state of Idaho, or of the United States, while said agent is acting in the performance of duty. (Ord. 86, 7-10-1995)
